My new job put me up to the challenge to make these 3 products look "Gucci". And by "Gucci", they meant spectacular.

Food Style: I have an obsession for arts. I love all things beautiful and take food very seriously. I believe that food needs to taste as good as it looks. That's why I pay so much attention to detail while creating my master pieces. I'am a Pastry Chef, and have studied at George Brown College and followed that up with Bonnie Gordon School of Confectionary Arts. I have worked in the industry for 10 years. I started off at The Fairmont working in Garde Manger then Saucier only to find out that I needed to be in Pastry. After that I was able to get my foot in the door in Toronto's hottest restaurants and bakeries. Working full time and taking classes at Bonnie Gordon showed me that I had a real knack for cake. That took me to the next level. With my years of industry work and talent for cake I was hired as a Teacher. During that time I also worked as a Food Stylist for William's Sonoma. I have done a few filmed live competitions and have had my work featured in Canadian magazine's.
