Silver and gold

To paint on fondant or gum paste you will need to use an alcohol based liquid like vodka, or gin. 

I'm using 24 karat gold dust and silver dust, they're non-toxic.

Silver and gold dragee's are totally edible, they are made of compressed dextrose. Basically the same thing Nerds are made out of. They taste sweet but they might break your tooth. 

I think they're just gorgeous and add a simple elegance to the designs.
