Princess Scarlett

 I had to make a birthday cake fit for a princess. I was short for time and could only make a single tiered cake. To up the ante I made mini cupcakes that surrounded the cake. I made a 8'" inch cake, so to make it look impressive I used a 16"inch cake drum. Everything had to be pink! I made the crown out of modeling chocolate, not only pliable but tasty too.
